The vampy home was designed by award-winning architect Arthur Erikson, the man behind the Ritz Carleton in Vancouver, City Hall of Fresno California, the San Diego Convention center and the Kuwait Oil Complex, among others. 'The Cullen House' can be seen in the world-wide blockbuster, New Moon. (The movie brought in $26 million Friday night alone) It boasts more than 5,000 square feet, has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, a pool and a koi pond. The 1/2 acre creekside property is nestled among towering trees, perfect for hiding vampires. If you plan on buying the home, be sure to bring your garlic and holy water to ward off revenants! If those don't work, folklore says a branch of wild rose and hawthorn plant will harm potential vampire intruders. Europeans will tell you that sprinkling mustard seeds on the roof of a house (or in this case apartment) will help keep them away.

Though vampires are not generally considered to be vulnerable to sunlight, hanging a few good lanterns around will not hurt and might enable you to better see a bit of blood dripping here or there!
