Pink and Blue with a Pagoda, Too!

No one can pull off a pink room with blue accents like designer Mary McDonald.  One of her gifts is taking contrasting colors and making them work in a space.  In this photo, the pink and blues complement each other seamlessly and Mary pulls in fabulous accents that provide balance -- such as the Chinoiserie mirror and wall plates.   Mirrors such as this one are timeless and have worked in decorating for centuries.  The Asian-inspired motif works in antique-filled rooms and modern loft apartments alike.  We've picked some of our favorite mirrors, like the one used by Mary, below.

There's nothing like a hint of zebra to ground the space.  If you like the whole look, check out our Blue and White collection, too!

You got my attention with pink, blue, and pagodas! That's one of my favorite MM rooms. So incredible!

What a great idea for putting those Chinoiserie mirrors. The blending of those 2 colors were so professional. Overall, I am so impressed by the design.
