Like everyone else, I am evaluating my patio furniture and garden planters as Spring arrives. I’m taking a look at any planters that may have been left out and cracked through the winter, that may need repair or replacement and replacing ones that have simply just aged. As owner of The Well Appointed House, it’s hard to look farther than my own website (www.wellappointedhouse.com) when we have so many great options. Up until now, I have focused on natural stone and black planters — but this year have been enjoying the crisp, clean look of white as well. Here are a few of my favorite white garden planters:
The Criss Cross pattern is always a classic. Check out the 20″ Wooden Planter in White with Cross Pattern.
Lattice is so appropriate around the garden — and we love this one as well! The 20″ Wooden Planter with Lattice Design.
This is a plain white wooden planter that measures 15″ at top and can be viewed here.
The planters above are hand made in the United States and their pricing reflects the custom quality.
A less expensive option are our Chippendale Garden Planters that start at $157 and go up from there. Take a look here. These are made of fiberglass and are lighter weight but still hold up well with the elements.
Our Wrought Iron Chippendale Tree Box in white is expensive, but will last forever. It is also hand made by ironworkers in the United States.
The White Paris Planter is galvanized and powder coated and is sure to last. Drill the liner for proper drainage depending on what you are planting. It sure is pretty!
Here is another more reasonably priced Windsor Garden Planter – in this case it is being used for a small tree! Our image is small, but it’s a popular option! Happy gardening! Which is your favorite? ~Melissa Hawks
