I am so proud of my good friends Wendy Reyes, Colleen DeVeer and Carina Crain for launching the Greenwich International Film Festival. Their second big event is a screening of the film “Lucky Them”, co-produced by Emily Wachtel, Amy Hobby, Lacey Leavitt and Adam Gibbs – and directed by Megan Griffiths. Toni Collette will be at the screening and VIP pass holders will enjoy an intimate cocktail party mingling with cast and crew. Visit Event Brite for ticket information and ticket pricing levels.
Two weeks ago, on May 15th, The Greenwich International Film Festival was honored to be the beneficiary of the Grand Opening Party for Restoration Hardware’s (RH) flagship store on Greenwich Avenue. The party took place in the 97-year old post office building on Greenwich Avenue that now provides an elegant showcase for RH’s luxury home furnishings. Among the 1000 guests who attended the party were CEO Gary Friedman and celebrities Uma Thurman and Kelly Rutherford.
It was a fabulous, five-star event complete with valet car service, VIP check-in, catering by Per Se, and a variety of musical performances by local bands and a well-known deejay. Drinks and conversations flowed long into the night, and people had plenty of time to peruse the stores furniture galleries and terraces.
