Sponsored Post: Houses for Sale in Greenwich, CT – 68 Birch Lane & 107 East Elm Street

Considering a move to the suburbs of New York City? Take a a look at tony Greenwich, CT.  Greenwich has something for everyone! The town has roughly 61,000 residents and has been ranked by Money magazine as one of the “100 Best Places to Live in the United States”. It has an international flavor, is in close proximity to New York City and easily accessible by the Metro North train, features fine dining and shopping and is bordered by even more amenities in neighboring Westchester County and Stamford, CT. The town has four beaches on Long Island Sound: Greenwich Point, Byram Beach, Island Beach and Great Captain Island. Tod’s Point is my personal favorite. It features a beautiful beach with clean bathrooms, picnic areas, two concession stands with ice-cream/snacks/food, biking and walking paths along the coastline, neighborhood boating and even a seaside museum. Island Beach or “Little Captain Island” is another well-kept secret, which is one of the town’s “islands” and is accessible via a scenic town ferry ride! Bruce Park Playground is not to be missed for the little ones and an active senior community keeps the town well-balanced. The town truly attracts young and old alike from all around the U.S and the globe. We’ve got fabulous public schools– eleven elementary schools, three middle schools and one high school — Greenwich High School. Private schools that are among the best in the tri-state region, number nearly a dozen. We’ve got a public golf course (Griffith E. Harris Golf Course), eight country clubs and a public skating rink. Need I say more? Here are two listings currently for sale to check out, both in their own price range and both unique:
