The Well Appointed House Blog was started by home décor and lifestyle expert, Melissa Hawks, Founder of The Well Appointed House (http://www.wellappointedhouse.com). The blog was formed in 2010 as an extension of the retail brand to cover news in home décor, design ideas, DIY projects, fabric and runway trends and lifestyle musings on travel, shopping, living well and parenthood. It has had over 750,000 unique visitors. The blog has a daily readers from over 350 cities around the world. (Data from Google Analytics) The blog has become about having a Well Appointed Life. Melissa Hawks and her Contributing Editors give a daily and weekly dose of what current and emerging trends are in fashion and décor. One recent interview was with interior designer, Mary McDonald.
