NYC Fashion Week 2010: Milly and Tory Burch, the Girlie Girl and the Tomboy

Every girl has her own individual style, even from a young age, and no matter what twists and tweaks she makes as she grows, she is either labeled as a girlie girl or a tomboy.  Interestingly enough, two of our favorite brands, Milly and Tory Burch, took very different approaches to their Fall 2010 collections.  Take a look.

Milly kept it glamourous and ultra femme while Burch went in a different direction.

Do you have a tomboy or a girlie girl? No matter what you will be sure to find something that fits your daughter’s needs in our children’s department.  New this week is our Louis XIV Children’s Chair, available in white or black and fit for the ultimate Princess.
Or perhaps your daughter would rather roll around in the mud, pretending to be an Indian Princess and tackling her cowboy brother?  Then maybe she would rather take solace in our little cowboy wigwam.
At The Well Appointed House its always a great place to be a girl!
