Paris Fashion Week: Guy Savoy, Taillevent, Givenchy, Viktor Rolf and More!

I returned from Paris last week after a quick visit with my husband back to the "City of Light" and of course, love.  If you want to read old Paris posts I have written, check out Kate Moss at the Ritz Paris Today, My Midnight in Paris, Christian Louboutin's Paris Windows, and The Ritz Paris Bathrooms from the last trip.  This time, we hit a few fashion shows; again stopped by the Eiffel Tower; went to the Charles de Gaulle museum, saw the Roy Lichtenstein exhibit at the Centre Pompidou; strolled through the Musee de l'Armee'; went to Les Invalides and saw Napolean's tomb; and went back out to Versailles and on this trip spent more time in the gardens and touring The Grand Trianon and Marie-Antoinette's Estate.  The last time we were there we toured the Jardin du Luxembourg, visited the Musee de l'Orangerie, the Orsay, the Louvre and Versailles - so we wanted to hit some of the lesser known spots this trip.  We saw friends from Greenwich who were also in Paris and  had great meals at Guy Savoy and Taillevent.  Since we hit L'Amroisie, Le Meurice and Ledoyen on the prior visit, I wanted a few "fun" spots -- so we hit Miss Ko (Philippe Starck's new Asian restaurant along George V - we loved the fun vibe and good food) and Le Bar a Huitres in Saint-Germain (their seafood is simply amazing, check out their website for inspiration.  If you have been in Paris a few times and want a break from traditional French food, they've got great seafood).
